August 1, 2003.....Retirement (day one) and the fulltiming adventure begins. Unfiinished business prevented us from leaving for the Canadian Maritimes until August 28. Arrived in Shediac , New Bruswick on August 29. Shediac is called the Lobster capital of the world.
Welcome Nouveau Brunswick!

Below are pictures of the "flower pot" rocks at Hopewell Cape, Bay of Fundy, New Brunswick.
When the tide is low you can walk on the ocean floor. As the rangers signal that the tide is coming
in, a piper suddenly plays "Amazing Grace".
Along the Fundy Scenic Trail, we stopped at Cape Enrage historic lighthouse which is maintained by students from Moncton, N.B.
